Once you have successfully placed an order with I LIVE IN THAT WARDROBE, you will be sent an automated email confirming receipt and the details of your order. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase goods from us. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to check the confirmation email and notify us immediately of any errors at mail@iliveinthatwardrobe.com.

 

USE OF THE WEBSITE

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your personal details. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order. We reserve the right to decline a new customer registration or suspend a customer’s account at any time and at our sole discretion.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices on our website are exclusive of UK VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards through Stripe or PayPal – both are highly secure payment processing systems. Our privacy policy is that we do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS OF ORDERS

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order form and confirm that all products, quantities and address details are correct. Your orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. To cancel your order you must notify us by email as soon as possible to mail@iliveinthatwarrobe.com quoting your name and order reference.
